Grantees of the Volkswagen Foundation's funding line "NEXT - Neuromorphic Computing" are invited to Hanover for a workshop on the challenges of research on neuromorphic computing from 20 to 22 November, 2023.
Within its funding line "NEXT - Neuromorphic Computing", the Volkswagen Foundation funds large-scale, collaborative research projects, which are characterized by a dimension of ‘boundary-crossing’ between multiple perspectives or approaches to the field of "neuromorphic computing" and thereby move significantly beyond the state of the art. The call recently ended with a selection of 7 projects for funding.
With this kick-off event, the Foundation would like to invite the grantees to Hanover to network, discuss their research projects, and jointly address the challenges of research on neuromorphic computing.
