Freigeist Fellowships: 8 Million Euro for Eight Out-standing Research Personalities

Key criterion for becoming a Freigeist Fellow of the Volkswagen Foundation is the readiness to depart from mainstream research and dedicate oneself to ground-breaking and therefore risk-laden research.
